Css Panda is my latest work beside this blog. I made this site is just to collect the beautiful site around the world.
Why css panda? Actually it is hard for me to give the answer, i like panda, so i though css + panda might be cool and the domain is easy to remember (easy to type too). So, open a Adobe Photoshop and create the Panda 
Css panda took me about a week to finished (because i’m not felling well and lazy to code).
ps: thanks to xero for help me solved the plugin.

@NoktahHitam : erm, yes but not really much. i like light colors too.
